MY COLOUR PROFILES PROBLEM IS FIXED!! I SO HAPPY
To celebrate, here is a progress shot of something I'm working on. This is Derwent Drawing pencils and some conte and pastel on A3 sized coloure velour paper. The reference is thanks to ~venomxbaby
and is here: [link]
(I know, it says the horse is a gold champagne. But mine is going to be a palo!)
Due to the colour profile problems I was having, this image may look a little more washed-out than the actual piece.
I'm thinking of blocking some red into the background, like in the ref photo (the red barn) - I think it'd bring him out nicely, without being too obvious (like blue). But I kind of want to retain some of the paper colour in the bg, too. Should I leave the background as is? Any thoughts on that are welcome!
